  • Barn Demolition

On April 28, 2008, 250 years after the Fort Seybert massacre, the barn in these photos came crashing to the ground with the aid of two rednecks, a chainsaw and a pickup truck. The barn was built in the 1800's, possibly by H.T. Cowger, and passed to his son, J. P. (Preston) Cowger in the early 1900's. A larger barn was removed in the 1980's.
